The plant is located in the original leachate treatment plant of Landfill Leachate Treatment Station of Shiziqian Municipal Waste Landfill in Luojiang District, Quanzhou City. The total area is 16271.2 square meters.

      The plant includes leachate treatment system and underground drainage treatment system. The scale of leachate treatment system is 400 tons per day and that of drainage treatment system is 1000 tons per day. The technical indicators of treated effluent quality meet the national "Water Quality Standard for Sewage Discharge into Urban Sewerage" (GB/T31962-2015) B-level standards.
