The total design scale of the project is 1200 tons of domestic waste per day, including 600 tons per day in Phase I. The project plans to deal with the domestic waste in Juancheng County and its surrounding areas as a whole. At present, the annual treatment capacity of urban and rural domestic waste is about 219000 tons, the annual power generation capacity is about 89 million kWh, the annual saving capacity of standard coal is 36000 tons, and the emission of carbon dioxide is 88900 tons.

The implementation of the project has truly realized the harmless, reduced and resource-based treatment of domestic waste in Juancheng County, greatly improved the urban living environment, protected the urban ecological environment, and played a positive role in building a civilized and healthy city and building a resource conserving and environment-friendly society.
